VA Math: It’s not your typical addition! 🧮 When the VA calculates your combined rating, they start from 100% (fully able) and subtract each new disability as a percentage of what’s left. This is why having 70% plus 30% doesn’t always equal 100%! 🤯 They also round to the nearest 10—so if you’re stuck at 94%, you round down to 90%.
