May 2022: CrossFit 201 Kim has wanted to get a box jump for a while now. Five years to be exact. That's a long time to chase a goal. After five years it would be easy to give up. To write it off as just something that's not going to happen. I mean, why should today be any different than the last 1,825 days? But today was different for Kim. She stepped up to the box, swallowed hard, and jumped. And succeeded. Two feet on the box with full extension. Good rep. A good rep five years in the making.
