Sydney is on alert. Extreme weather is causing major flooding around greater Sydney. 32,000 residents are under evacuation orders and for many it's the third time in 18 months. An east coast low is dumping heavy rain, huge swells and high winds across a 500 km stretch of the coast. In the west, thousands of people downstream of Warragamba Dam are being told to leave.
