Our motto: go big or go big 😌 To make our giant Eclair, we whipped up chocolate and vanilla cake, then piped layers of Italian meringue buttercream “shells” around the middle and gave it that ‘dipped’ look with some dark modelling chocolate. Another Woolworths MudCake hack and this time I did Wednesday season 2 as my theme 🥰 I made my first thing hand ever out of using modelling chocolate and fondant! This technique is new to me as well, I marbled together white chocolate modelling chocolate by cake craft and skin colour fondant by cake craft. The ratio is just 50-50.
