This is the beginning of applying glaze to an already fired pot. At first, the glaze really wants to run. There’s nothing to hold it on the pot. But once there’s some glaze on there, and that glaze is dry, then you can spray a heavier coat. This one is going to have five coats in all with the fifth coat being the thickest.
