Your bladder is never completely empty. You could sit on the toilet and push a little drop of pee out all day, but (1) you shouldn’t push to pee and (2) you will jack up your pelvic floor doing this repeatedly. If you feel you don’t empty completely, try peeing, wiggle those hips and wipe, then stand up and sit down again to relax and get out any remaining few drops. Then you can feel confident you have emptied what you need to. So if that urge to pee arises just 5-15 minutes later, you’ll know
