There are several variations of planks that will spice up your training routine. Today, with the help of our personal trainer Hannah Braun (IG: @hannahxbraun) we uncover the commando plank. Check it out! 1️⃣ Start in the standard plank position. 2️⃣ Keep your core tight and your head neutral. 3️⃣ Push up your right hand until that arm is straight. Then, repeat the process with your left hand and arm until you are in a high plank position. 4️⃣ Then, lower your back down to your starting position
