LIBERO SETTING RULES (Simple Explanation) A libero can set the ball, but the rules depend on how and where they set it: 1. If the libero uses an overhand finger pass inside the front zone, the spiker cannot attack the ball above the height of the net. 2. If the libero uses an overhand finger pass behind the 3-meter line, the attacker is free to jump and spike without any restriction. 3.
