Projection vs Reflection When we look at another, Are we observing a reflection Or Are we casting a projection? Are we applying context Or seeing content? Perhaps, we need to spend more time Understanding our reactions rather than Deciding we know another’s intentions Based on what we perceive through our own Lenses, biases, and assumptions. Often times we are too confused by our Projections to see clearly. We see someone act a way that if we had Done the same would me one thing, But for them it
