There isn’t enough sheet music and flute tutorials for beginner musicians, so I’ve started a Beginner series to play the simpler songs. I hope it’ll help my beginners follow the music and hear how it sounds and watch how to play the notes (hence the faceless video and full view of my flute). I’m a flute player from South Africa that plays popular songs, classical music and basically any kinda music that appeals to me. Realised that beginner flute players and musicians need more videos on Tiktok to learn. Some of the pieces I’ve been posting are unfortunately too tricky for beginner musicians and it can be really frustrating to just see a bunch of pieces that you can’t play. El Condor Pass is a really pretty piece that I remember learning on the recorder many moons ago, and it’s a tune that has stuck with me.
