Most personalized offers can be used at participating stores of the PC Optimum program (depending on the product’s availability). Some offers will be exclusive to certain locations and called out at the top of the offer (like those Shoppers Drug Mart exclusives you have come to love). New offers are available every Thursday and will be automatically loaded when you log into your PC Op
