Lychee Juice INGREDIENTS 15-20 lychees peeled and seeded 5-6 fresh mint leaves 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 2 cups chilled water INSTRUCTIONS Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer. Press the juice with the back of a ladle to get as much juice and then discard the leftover pulp. Serve over ice.
