This nice #Magnavox presented having been "serviced." Unfortunately somebody took it apart further than necessary and put the tonearm assembly back together wrong. While it actually worked for 12 inch and 10 inch records, it wouldn't play a 7 inch record automatically, deciding there were none to be played and shutting itself off. That's a pretty easy fix.
