A subscriber had sent in this 17-inch Dell #Alienware 17 R4 gaming laptop because the laptop had shut off while playing a game and never came back on. This Alienware M17 R3 has some high performance #technology and it's in my #computer repair shop because it's overheating just like every other #gaming #laptop that comes through my doors.
