On this #TechTuesday we’ll be looking at one of the Army’s mechanical work horses. The All-Terrain Lifter Army System (ATLAS) is a 10,000 lb. capacity, variable reach, rough terrain forklift. The ATLAS replaced the TRAK 6000M which was used in Desert Storm. Production began in 1997 and over 2,500 models were delivered to the U.S. Army and reserve units.
