Cook Islands Language week starts on Sunday so we have posted all the lyric videos for the Cook Islands Pasifika Beatz album on our YouTube channel :D We never really realised how similar the Cook islands language was to Māori until we created this album with Whānau Āwhina Plunket . There are many different dialects used in the Cook Islands and our translators chose Rarotongan, which is the most commonly used dialect, also known as Cook Islands Māori or just Māori when you're in the Cook Islands
