If an artery is blocked you should just open it up right? Well if the heart muscle that artery is supplying is completely infarcted, putting someone through an invasive procedure may not have any benefit 👨🏽‍💻So how do we find out if the heart muscle is ‘viable’? 👨🏽‍💻CMR can give us detailed assessment of what we may see on Echo (ie he
