The German philosopher Schopenhauer once proposed that true happiness lies in the complete satisfaction of all desires. Yet, as individuals, our desires vary, leaving us to question: is our happiness truly dependent on fulfilling these desires? If our happiness depends on desires, then to attain infinite happiness, one must minimize desires. By gradually reducing our attachments, from more to less, until they vanish entirely, we can feel inner peace and boundless bliss. A state of desirelessness

What is the nature of Desire? There’s a notion that Desire is a fundamental aspect of our human experience. Individually, collectively… everything we do, it motivates all of our actions and shapes all of our goals. From what we eat, to what we choose to wear, the places we go, the company we keep… these are all rooted in Desire. And yet it can also lead to suffering and dissatisfaction.
