Houses are completely swept away, debris become killer projectiles, and the only true safe place to be is underground or in a reinforced shelter. A rare and devastating EF-2 tornado touched down in Florida leaving a path of destruction in its wake. According to the National Weather Service, the twister had peak winds of 120 mph, and touched down at around 9:30 a.m. about 19 miles north of Orlando.
