After many years of research and building Jeff's Fokker D-VII took to the air under the care of our own Ruben Alexander. The first flight went very well with the aircraft responding to all controls as she should. After a short flight in the pattern Ruben brought her back for a perfect landing. Next steps are an inspection to ensure all is well then they will start a test program to investigate the performance of the airplane. Congradulations to Jeff, Ruben and all who helped with the project. |
