You should be able to detect these, see them, and know immediately why they are there and what their root cause is (centrally in terms of neuro compromise, and peripherally from a biomechanical perspective). This is a tough gait to see and understand. Video (2D visual) of gait always leaves much to be missed and misinterpreted on gait analysis.
