Hamstring tendinopathy can be a real pain in the backside (or knee). These early loading exercises can be a great way to calm down some pain in both your proximal (upper) and distal (lower) hamstring tendons. If you’re stretching an irritated tendon, please stop and try some isometrics instead. Rep ranges and times are a guide.
