-Lemon Posset RECIPE: cut 4-6 lemons in half, scoop out the insides and place strained juice of 3 lemons in a bowl. In a sauceplan combine 2 and 1/2 cups heavy cream, 3/4 cups sugar, and the zest of 2 lemons. Heat until bubbly- medium to high heat. Take off the heat and add lemon juice from 3 lemons.
