$100 cam Swap-Add 60 HP! Just replaced the stock LM7 cam with an LS9 and LS3 Springs we got used for around $100. Nice little 60-Hp upgrade on the junkyard 5.3L. We kept it low buck with a set of Chinese headers. Make sure to look at the loss in torque down low for you truck guys thinking about the swap! | Richard Holdener
