Gait analysis can be difficult, but it’s 100x easier with high resolution slow motion video! Most of what I am showing you is nearly impossible to witness unless you have the proper angle and speed. Thank goodness for technology. I would say I have pretty “normal” gait mechanics with nothing standing out as abnormal. Additionally I don’t have pain anywhere from my feet to my low back.
