Toe loop walk through So many skaters struggle with the toe loop, which is supposed to be one of the easiest jumps. If you have the technique right from the beginning, it doesn’t have to be a difficult jump. When teaching the single toe loop, this is where it is critical to teach skaters proper alignment, positioning, the pivot movement and follow through. If these steps are missed on the single, the skater will have a much harder time when they get to the double as now they will need to relearn
