SHIN SPLINT REHAB 🛡️ Shin splints are one of the most common running injuries I see ⭣ and they are not something you can just push through. The shin (tibia) is also the most common site of stress fractures in runners, making up around 35 to 50 percent of all cases. That is why you cannot afford to ignore shin pain. The key is taking it seriously — understanding the cause, being patient with the process, and rebuilding strength, capacity, and durability before you ramp your running volume again.
