INCREDIBLE BEAVER ACTION!!!! Last night ChewBarka and another beaver both visited the main scent mound at the same time. Immediately after that, they had a wrestling match. Beavers will wrestle when they are fighting, but they also do this as a social interaction. In this case it was a friendly interaction, though for what it is worth, Chewy seemed to win the match. 😀😀 ChewBarka and this second beaver spent about half an hour together last night scent-marking, wrestling, eating and grooming. Beaver Play Fight! Last night I was watching a beaver having its dinner when Nickel arrived on the scene. The two beavers had a play wrestle, and Nickel was clearly the stronger of the two. Despite winning the play fight, Nickel left the first beaver with its food and went a few metres downstream.
