The Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center (RCCC/R3C), in partnership with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), will be having a horse adoption event on Thursday, March 25th. The BLM will be offering up to 8 Offender Trained-Saddle Started Mustangs from R3C in the upcoming live online adoption event.
